Etana is hitting back at critics who say she has turned her back on the Rastafarian faith. The roots reggae singer made a bold step on Sunday, May 31when she got baptized at the Emanuel Apostolic church and turned over her life to the lord. Etana, the strong one adds that her music will remain the same. She further explains to music news that her music always reflects life and its experiences.
When asked about stage show performances, Etana says: "When Christ was on earth he walked among thieves, criminals and prostitutes and so I will not discriminate and will therefore continue to do stage shows."
Etana who came to prominence in 2005 with her debut single, Wrong Address is presently signed to Solid Agency. And speaking of Solid Agency, CEO Sharon Burke says she supports Etana with whatever decision she makes.
