Foshan Roots - The Wing Chun Album (Dub-O-Phonic)

The fact last year Dub-O-Phonic decided to release 'Sky Warrior Dub', the unreleased debut album by London duo Foshan Roots, also resulted in Brad Turner and Tom Dewey deciding to revive the project that had been dormant for five years.

With renewed energy they started working on a brand new album and the result is this 'The Wing Chun Album'. The album title is of course a reference to the Chinese martial art related to kung fu of which the most famous practitioner was without a doubt cult legend Bruce Lee. In the track list 10 brand new meditative dub tunes, often with the melodica in a leading role. Excellent soundtrack for a heavy dub session as well as a dreamy meditation!
