Thanks to bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, Seattle, a port city in the State of Washington in the far northwest of the United States, musically will forever be remembered as the capital of grunge, but Wet City Rockers prove this city also harbors other types of music.

If you've ever caught an episode of the American remake of 'The Killing' - a police series set in and around Seattle and in which rainfall is a constant - you'll realize where this American reggae band got its name from. 'Confections' is already Wat City Rockers' third album, and listening to the songs in the track list we couldn't help but being reminded of UK 2 Tone bands like The Specials or The Selecter. Cheerful, up-tempo reggae making the ideal soundtrack for another rainy day...
