For this 'CM4400' EP (in fact a double 12" release) Bristol based Dubkasm and Leeds based Iration Steppas, two heavyweights from the UK dub scene, joined forces.
The title of the EP is a reference to the Soundtracs CM4400 console, like the one you can find in as Dubkasm's Bristol studio. For the cover photo of the EP DJ Stryda and Digistep just used an image from an old manual for that same console. In the track list, as you would expect, 8 heavy dubs: 4 Dubkasm productions and 4 remixes by Iration Steppas. Better let these basses start thumping now!
