The Meow Meows - Friends On Benefits EP (Jump Up! Records)

Just as for their 2013 'Somehow We Met' album, The Meow Meows once again called on producer Prince Fatty for this 'Friends On Benefits' EP.

You won't find more than three tracks on this mini-EP, but that's amply sufficient to get a picture of what this band from Bristol, describing their sound as: "…an amalgamation or 60s garage rock 'n' roll, 80s 2 Tone ska and anything else we may feel like chucking in.", is all about. Fans of bands and artists like The Skints, Hollie Cook or Aedo Time should definitely give these ska-cats a chance!
