Fortunately though, it's a deserving farewell, as 'Hard Food' has everything to make it a classic Dub Syndicate album: Scott surrounded himself with befriended musicians like Roots Radics-colleague Flabba Holt, On-U Sound-buddy Adrian Sherwood, Dalton Brownie (guitar), Paul 'Computer Paul' Henton (keyboards) and Lloyd 'Obeah' Denton (keyboards), veterans like Bunny Wailer, Lee 'Scratch' Perry and U Roy lent their voices and classics like 'Firehouse Rock' by Wailing Souls and John Holt's 'Police In Helicopter' got a Dub Syndicate makeover. From now on Lincoln 'Style' Scott will be jamming with the big ones, but as true reggae lovers we'll always carry the great drummer in our hearts!
