Kevin Isaacs - If You Leave EP (Self-published)

Together with his father, Kevin released the 'Father & Son' album in 2000. This five track EP opens with title track 'If You Leave Me', a lovers rock tearjerker over the I Shall Be Released riddim. The fact Kevin's voice closely resembles his father's his underlined by a song like 'A Message'. With the conscious 'Revolutionist', Isaacs proves he is more than a lovers rock crooner even though this song once again breathes the spirit of father Gregory. The EP concludes appropriately with 'Dad', Kevin's ode and farewell to his father. The Cool Ruler lives on in his music and now also in his son's.
