Don Carlos - Wipe The Wicked Clean (Kingston Sounds)

Containing songs like 'Johnny Big Mouth', 'Lazer Beam' or 'Ababa John I' you could consider 'Wipe The Wicked Clean' a kind of 'Best Of' compilation of the work of Don Carlos.

All tracks on 'Wipe The Wicked Clean' are Bunny Lee productions, recorded at King Tubby's with The Aggrovators as backing band and mixed by Scientist. An album with a virtually identical track list ('Time Is The Master') already appeared on Dr. Dread's RAS Records label back in 1992. If you do not yet own a copy of that album, 'Wipe The Wicked Clean' is an absolute must, if you already do, then you may abstain without remorse.
