All of Romain Virgo's fans (and everybody else as well) should download this mix tape! In between two albums, as a way of demonstrating his talent and fickleness, this young artist releases an official mix tape, mixed by DJ Wayne.

On 'Go Hard 2013 And Beyond' we find a Romain Virgo in top condition. The mix tape contains a few new songs, but the main part of this mix tape consists of dub plates and new versions of earlier work. Romain likes to perform new versions of his songs to different classical reggae riddims, but also seems to appreciate dancehall (Revolution, I Swear, Sick, Mud Up…). Virgo's approach works and 'Go Hard 2013 And Beyond' bursts with energy! Yours truly's favorite moment in the mix is the new version of 'Mi Nah Wait' over the Rice & Peas riddim.

DJ Wayne, "the juggling machine" excels behind the turntables and seamlessly mixes the original riddims. On the other hand he flirts with saturation in terms of the use of effects and samples, abundantly present on 'Go Hard 2013 And Beyond'. Roughness Jamaican style!
