REBELLION THE RECALLER
Also known as Rebellion D'Recaller was born in France in the late 70s. As a youngster he started listening and being inspired by reggae musicians. He started writing his own songs and entered the studio with the powerful believe that he stands a chance to shine. Following the release of his debut album in 1999, he became a household name in The Gambia, especially in his hometown of Brikama.
According to Rebellion, music represents the reality of things that are not seen. With his powerful voice he is exciting producers and crowds around the world. Rebellion's powerful voice combines astonishingly versatile melodies with the rhythms of his profound lyrics into a unique style. In his many live performances he left an enthusiastic audience that because of his unusual vocal flows repeatedly gets comparisons with no less than Sizzla. His debut single "We Must Rebel" spent more than half a year in the top 10 of the German reggae charts.

RASS MOTIVATED
De 20-jarige Rass Motivated is geen onbekende meer in de Nederlandse reggaescene. Iets wat hij in twee jaar tijd heeft opgebouwd. Zo heeft deze Rotterdamse reggae artiest opgetreden in Ahoy, Paradiso, de Melkweg en de Heineken Musical Hall als support act van diverse grote reggae- en dancehall artiesten (Sizzla Kalonji, Gyptian, Damian Marley & Nas, Chaka Demus & Pliers, Vybz Kartel, Mr Vegas enz). Inmiddels heeft hij twee videoclips opgenomen in Suriname, zijn land van komaf. In 2010 won Rass Motivated samen met KaliBwoy 'De Grote Prijs van Nederland' met Dancehall/Reggae in de Categorie HipHop wat nog nooit vertoond was. Dit jaar werd zijn eerste EP ‘First Light’, met daarop zeven krachtige nummers over liefde, verwarring en de dood, gepresenteerd in de 'Nieuwe Oogst' en erg goed ontvangen. Zijn boodschap is 'Music can heal this world andthe people on it...'!!
