In 2009 brak hij wereldwijd door met de hitsingle 'Rich this year'.

Heeft je band extra input nodig of ben je je sound nog aan het verfijnen? Dan is dit een uitgelezen kans! TRIX stelt zijn Artists In Residence ten dienste! Alle bands (ska, soul, funk, r&b, reggae, rocksteady, afrobeat…) die een 60’ 70’ feel zoeken komen in aanmerking om 3 sessies met Internationals te booken.
Ooit begonnen de Internationals in 1998 als een oldschool ska band met The skataltes als hun grote voorbeeld. Ondertussen zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een band met een volledig eigen sound, een soulvol vintage geluid met invloeden van afro, calypso, reggae en jazz. Doorheen de jaren werd de band aangevuld met nieuwe krachten, waaronder Lize Accoe(ex De La Vega) op vocals en Marc Thijs (ex Electric Kings, Noordkaap) op vocals en gitaar.
Wil jij met je band een paar weekavonden samen zitten met Internationals en pakken ervaring en knowhow opdoen rond sound, feel en arrangement? Stuur dan een mailtje naarlieven@trixonline.be en plan je drie sessies.
